Longboat Harbour is a 300 unit condominium complex located on Longboat Key, an eleven mile long island a few miles off the Florida Gulf coast near Sarasota.
We have berths for over 50 boats on the sheltered Sarasota Bay side of the island and enjoy our beach house with restrooms, showers, and parking across Gulf of Mexico Drive on the Gulf side of the island. Other amenities include four swimming pools, a tennis court, gym, wood shop, art studio, banquet hall, and more.
